What we will never do
- Accept payment in exchange for a recommendation.
- Recommend a product we haven’t personally used for at least one season.
- Publish “sponsored” or “in partnership with” articles.
- Use affiliate links for products we don’t recommend.
How we test
Every product we recommend has been on our balcony for at least one full growing season. We document failures publicly. If a product we used to recommend breaks or gets discontinued, we update the article and note the change at the top.
